The Company
Our company “GIAKOUMAKIS J&G TANNERIES SA” has been in business since 1935.
The offices are located at Nea Sfageia in Rethymno Crete. The purpose of our business is processing and creating shoes and other leather goods and accessories (like leather bags, belts, wallets, sandals etc) alongside other luxury leather goods that are being exported worldwide. We supply industries with treated, polished, sized and ready-to-use leathers.
The company is the main supplier of the Greek Army, meeting all specifications according to Army Chemistry. It operates abroad, with exports all over the world and especially in Italy where it supplies large fashion houses with high quality leathers.
